The health and safety of guests and employees are a top priority for CAMPUSX.

For this reason, in compliance with the provisions issued by the competent authorities, we have activated protocols aimed at guaranteeing a high level of security within the CX structures to continue offering unforgettable experiences to our guests and at the same time protecting our Teams.

COMMUNICATION

By affixing information on correct personal hygiene and social distances to the most visible points.

PPE

We have adopted, in accordance with the provisions of the scientific and health authorities, all the PPE necessary to guarantee the safety of guests and staff as well as signs capable of maintaining the interpersonal distance of at least one meter

CLEANING AND SANITATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTS

We have intensified the daily cleaning and periodic sanitization of the premises, common areas and workstations with particular attention to the front offices and areas of greatest passage. We have rewritten the cleaning protocols to transfer hospital hygiene best practices to our facilities.

A more accurate sanitization will be done on those objects / places that are touched most frequently: light switches, door handles, TV remote controls, thermostats and work desks.

TECHNOLOGY

Printed material relating to leases, regulations and anything else have been abolished (will remain available on request), in favor of digital formats and digital devices
In addition, from 1 September 2020 all our facilities will become cash free, this will help reduce the risks caused by the handling of banknotes and coins.

STAFF TRAINING

Our staff is trained and informed on health and safety matters.

FRUITION COMMON AREAS

Quoted access and reduced residence times to the common areas are provided , and “safe zones” have been made available to guests with products for sanitizing work surfaces. daily sanitization and cleaning by CX staff.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

Our XFoods and Bars are open and we will continue to adapt the catering service in accordance with current recommendations on food safety.
