FOR WHAT PURPOSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE USED

The processing of personal data must be legitimized by one of the legal conditions laid down by current legislation on the protection of personal data as described below.

      1. Establishment and execution of contractual relationships and consequent obligations, including communication relating to services (for example, to proceed with the provision of assistance services requested by telephone)

HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAFE

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

Therefore if the personal data are processed for two different purposes, we will keep this data until the purpose with the longer term ceases, however we will no longer process the personal data for that purpose whose retention period has ceased.

Your personal data that is no longer necessary, or for which there is no longer a legal requirement for its conservation, is irreversibly anonymised (and in this way can be stored) or destroyed safely.

Below are the storage times in relation to the different purposes listed above:

      1. a) Fulfillment of contractual obligations : the data processed to fulfill any contractual obligation may be kept for the entire duration of the contract, to which any extensions must be added and in any case no later than the following 10 years , in order to verify any pending issues including accounting documents (e.g. invoices), except for any legal restrictions.
      2. b) Operational management and purposes strictly connected to it for access to the website : the data processed for this purpose may be kept for the entire duration of the contract and in any case no later than the following 10 years.
      3. c) Purpose of customer satisfaction investigations : the data processed for this purpose may be kept for 24 months from the date on which we obtained your last consent for such purposes (with the exception of the opposition to receive further communications).
      4. d) Marketing purposes also profiled: personal data processed for marketing purposes may be kept for 24 months from the date on which we obtained your last consent for this purpose (except for the opposition to receive further communications); for profiled marketing purposes, however, they will be kept for 12 months
      5. e) In the case of disputes : in the event that it is necessary to defend ourselves or take action or even make claims against you or third parties, we may retain the personal data that we consider reasonably necessary to treat for such purposes, for the time that this claim can be prosecuted.

WITH WHOM WE CAN SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The duly authorized employees, as well as the external suppliers, appointed, if necessary, responsible for the treatment, who provide support for the provision of the services, may have access to your personal data.

Other companies of the Veolia Group may also have access to your personal data, for purposes related to the management of the IT infrastructure, on the basis of specific contractual agreements or, subject to your consent, (see previous letter e) for marketing purposes
