We’re looking for a RESIDENT MANAGER for CX Florence.
Somebody able to manage a multicultural space with guests from all over the world.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Well, first of all we want to like you, and we want you to like us.
If you’re a “glass half full” kind of person, a team player, a good “people person” with a hint of a business flair, it’s a really good start.
You need to have some study or work experience in the tourism and business field for this role, meaning that budgeting, pricing, revenue and team organization should be your bread and butter.
Add to that some good Protel knowledge and some slick English skills, and consider it a date.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Being a CXer means you’ll be wearing multiple hats, and you’ll enjoying doing that. But these are some of the core responsibilities you’ll have.
- Coordinate all activities at CX Florence, including the Reception team and the outsourced services (maintenance, cleaning)
- Define commercial and rates policies together with the Direction
- Help define and bring to life Marketing and communication activities
- Supervise the Front Oﬃce and making sure it operates according to the standards of service and procedures
- Control budgets and results
- Set goals and objectives together with all other departments
- Maintain relations with Tour Operators, Universities, Associations and local private and public entities.
